His short Mud Crab (2022) won an ADG Award and earned an AACTA nomination, and his most recent film, We Used To Own Houses (2023), played SXSW Sydney. In 2024, Robinson-Smith was named a director to watch in IF Magazine’s Rising Talent issue.
