Venue Coordinator
The Venue Coordinator will ensure the delivery of excellent front of house customer service at festival venues throughout the Sydney Film Festival, on occasion working with and managing a team of volunteers and coordinating venue activities with venue staff at each location. Which may include working in collaboration with a Venue Supervisor at major venues
Venue Supervisor
The Venue Supervisor will ensure the delivery of excellent front of house customer service at a specific festival venue throughout the Sydney Film Festival. They will be managing and supporting a team of volunteers, supervising and assisting Venue Coordinators, and coordinating venue activities with venue staff at the location. The Venue Supervisor will function as the central liaison between the Operations and Events Manager, SFF staff, venue coordinators, volunteer teams, and individual venues.
